Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events may temporarily affect Platform accessibility. In the event of a manifest technical error, system malfunction, or data corruption that results in an eroneous game outcome, displayed balance, or odds quotation, Rusa33 reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore Account balances to their pre-error state. Rusa33 shall not be liable for any losses suffered as a direct result of a documented technical error.
Rusa33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including but not limited to:Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfers viaMaybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, and Hong Leong Connect. Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are also accepted. Accepted payment methods are subject to change at Rusa33's discretion; current options are displayed within the Platform cashier at all times.
The minimum deposit amount is RM30. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Rusa33 reserves the right to return deposits and suspend Accounts where third-party funding is detected. Processing times for deposits vary by payment method; e-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited instantly, while FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for a successful deposit, unless otherwise approved by Rusa33 support in exceptional circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. All Account balances, transactions, and displayed figures are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by Rusa33 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds conditions as stated in the individual promotion's terms. In the event of any ambiguity, Rusa33's interpretation of bonus terms shall be final.
Bonus Funds and any winings derived therefrom are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
